(1) In cases where a product is found missing/damaged/defective, We as seller may either process a replacement or refund whatever suits the buyer. If the particular productis not up to mark as expected by the customer, we are entitled to fully refund amount once we get return the product from the buyer / customer. Or customer can wait to get fresh order free of cost.
(2) Customer can not expect same delivery service from www.brownmethi.com same as delivery service offered by other prominent ecommerce websites.
(3) We do free delivery only major cities of the India. List of major cities is not possible to mentioned as we do follow typed courier service based. Customer has to pay extra delivery cost for other than our regular courier service as well major cities, or rural or isolated areas. The courier service is totally free only major cities of the India yet there is exception for distance from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
(4) In Many cases Customer has to collect courier from branch office of the respective courier office. Which we do inform to customers in well advance at the time of placing order. So, once the order has been placed we are totally not committed to deliver at door step.
(5) We strictly inform to customer, DO NOT ACCEPT THE COURIER IF OR EITHER FOUND DAMAGE, RIPED OR MISSING PRODUCT. If such package received by the customer, we do not take any responsibility for the refund, return or reimburse of the amount or any compensation. (6) Lack of precise address with zip code, Not reachable contact number mentioned by customer , failed to receive parcel, Received by other than order maker person all other relevant cases we are not responsible for order status or delivery.
(7) Paid or unpaid or unsuccessful payment or error while making payment or any other internet breaches cases we are fully authorised to decline customers order and any refund or compensation. Customer must give full proof of the successful payment for respective order and complete address with minimum two contact detail.
(8) In case of refund, we only refund the amount under order maker name. we do not refund or return in case money to customer even the payment was done by third party for same person.
(9) In case of product return customer will bare return postal charges, As well the product must in perfect condition, Once we will receive the return order. Our team will examine the condition of the returned parcel and if found any irrelevant goods, damage, faulty or moisture in raining weather or contaminated by any other substances, liquid or hazardous material. We are totally authorised to decline refund payment or arrange new free courier in any condition.
(10) If the order is candled under any suitable reason, we are authorised to deduct 25% of the payment and courier charges together of the total amount. Hence customer may received 75% of the total paid at the time of cancelation of any order.
