(1) Customer can cancel the order before the courier is dispatched. All orders are dispatched same day evening 5 : pm of the ordered day, so customer should inform by phone call to cancel the order by calling on +91 99799 32277. In case the number found unreachable, Request to customer just leave the message for same with complete detail of the order.

(2) We do not offer CASH ON DELIVERY or COD facility to Customer.

(3) Post receiving product, Customer can not return the product. We do not accept the return in such cases. Refer RETURN POLICY POINT NO.5.

(4) We do not offer any guarantee for specific time frame for delivery. By considering city, and state, as well carried courier company’s service, pandemic, natural disaster, election, riots, political instability, regional holidays, national holidays, or any other natural or unnatural phenomena.

(5) It takes maximum 10 working days across the India.
